At Onest Energy, we keep things real, clean and 'onest.
Here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships and when it’ll arrive.
Delivery Options
We currently ship all UK orders using trusted couriers — Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD — to make sure your cans reach you safely and quickly.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and location.
You’ll always see your final shipping cost before confirming your order.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, and express options are available for 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (midday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after that time are sent the next working day.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow it every step of the way.
Tracking and Notifications
All Onest Energy parcels are sent on a tracked service.
You’ll receive an email or text with a live tracking link once your order leaves our fulfilment site.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please contact hello@onestenergy.com and we’ll help you out.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Email hello@onestenergy.com with your order number and a short description, and we’ll sort it quickly.
Packaging
We use recyclable cardboard boxes and eco-friendly fillers wherever possible.
No excess plastic, no unnecessary waste — just clean, sustainable packaging that protects your cans.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to UK addresses only but are working on expanding internationally soon.
